The Tricity is easily accessible by plane. Lech Walesa International Airport in Gdańsk Rębiechowo (about 20-30 minutes from the conference venue by taxi) offers direct flights from and to major European cities on a variety of airlines.

For scheduled access to Gdańsk and Sopot from Europe and the rest of the world, the best option is to fly to Warsaw with connecting flights to Gdańsk (by Polish airlines LOT). Alternatively, you can fly to Gdańsk with major airlines with connecting flights in Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich (by Lufthansa) and Copenhagen (by SAS).

There are also many low-cost carrier options from many European cities to Gdańsk. Sopot can be reached by taxi from the airport – taxi rank in front of the terminal. Estimated cost is about 20 euro (60-80 PLN) – taxi operator CITY PLUS TAXI – phone: 19686. Alternatively, you can take a bus to Gdansk-Wrzeszcz (bus no 110) and local train SKM to Sopot main station (direction Gdynia). Bus tickets may be purchased on the bus, train tickets in the automatic distributors at platform 2.
